Association of American Geographers (AAG) Annual Meeting (April 15-19) Boston, MA

ILGISA Conference (April 21-22, 2008) Springfield, IL

The Illinois GIS Association is holding their bi-annual conference in Springfield, Illinois at the Crowne Plaza Springfield Hotel (April 21-22, 2008). Workshops and paper presentations from GIS professionals covering a variety of subjects will be offered.

The ILGISA conference also will be hosting a STUDENT NIGHT geared towards those who are looking for opportunities utilizing GIS. A round table discussion will be held with GIS professionals and instructors as to how to build a good resume and where to look for jobs.
